Cafecitos con LHC is a monthly virtual gathering created by the staff of Latinos in Heritage Conservation (LHC) specifically for our members. Think of it as a warm, informal coffee hour—but instead of just catching up, we dive into the topics that matter to our community: historic preservation, Latinx history and heritage, current cultural happenings, and the everyday conversations that connect us to our work and each other.

These get-togethers are designed to be relaxed and welcoming. There’s no formal agenda—just a space to share ideas, ask questions, celebrate wins, talk through challenges, and build relationships with fellow members who care about safeguarding Latinx places and stories. Whether you’re a seasoned preservationist, a student, or someone who simply loves heritage, your voice is welcome at the table (or the screen).

Members receive a direct Zoom link each month, so they can drop in easily from home, the office, or wherever their day takes them. For those who aren’t yet members, we warmly invite you to join our movimiento.
