Abuelas Project
The Abuelas Project, led by Latinos in Heritage Conservation, is the people's archive. Our goal is to protect, amplify and center Latinx stories and history. We use online mapping as a tool where people can share their own memories, places, and experiences, helping build a people’s record of Latinx heritage.

The Importance of Latinx Heritage Month
Latinx Heritage Month in the United States, observed annually from September 15 through October 15, is rooted in histories of anticolonial struggle, Indigenous survival, and collective resistance across the Americas. We aim to capture the multicultural presence of Latinx communities not only in the histories we preserve, but in the built environment itself.

Quince15
Quince 15 is our multi-year growth plan guiding Latinos in Heritage’s next chapter of organizational growth, national leadership, community investment, and advocacy.

Services for Hire
At Latinos in Heritage Conservation, every project begins with listening. We believe that protecting our heritage means working hand-in-hand with the people who live it to co-create goals, align our methods with local priorities, and ensure preservation work reflects the people connected to the place.
