Preserving history begins with the stories we live. This beginner-friendly webinar provides practical methods for documenting family and community history as foundational preservation work. Participants will learn how to record oral histories, gather archival and personal records, and organize community knowledge in ways that honor lived experience and cultural memory.
Who should attend: Community members, local leaders, educators, nonprofit organizations, heritage practitioners, and anyone interested in safeguarding the stories and spaces that shape Latinx communities.
