CONGRESO REGISTRATION
We at Latinos in Heritage Conservation believe that our movement is stronger when every voice has a seat at the table. To honor the value of all Chicago’s leadership and commitment to Latinx heritage preservation, we offer several options for community members who may need financial assistance to participate. These pathways are designed to remove barriers, and we ask that only those facing financial limitations apply.
If you are able to afford a standard ticket, your contribution allows us to continue the valuable work we do to affirm Latinx heritage through education, conservation, advocacy, and leadership development.
If the cost of registration is a genuine obstacle, we welcome you to explore the options here.

Culture & Comunidad Fair
The Culture and Comunidad Fair is a new addition to Congreso, created in response to requests from participants in previous years. The fair brings together local grassroots organizations, Next Gen Scholars, and local artisans including authors, artists, and jewelry makers. It is designed as a cultural gathering and networking space to connect, share ideas, and support the Latinx community.
The fair is free and open to the public, with registration required. Space is limited. Registration details will be available here.
The fair will take place on August 20 and 21, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, within the Palmer House during Congreso. Specific room details will be shared closer to the event with registered participants.
Organizations, artists, and vendors interested in hosting a booth may purchase one through the Sponsorships page. A limited number of booths may also be available through sponsor-supported donations, prioritized for grassroots organizations.
